Wolsen Real Estate is looking for a results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. This role involves proactive outreach to potential clients, scheduling appointments for real estate sales representatives, and contributing to our sales success. You'll engage prospects through various channels and build rapport to communicate the benefits of our agency. The position requires maintaining a lead generation database and providing sales support to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales activities.
What You Will Do:
- Reach out to potential clients to schedule appointments for real estate sales representatives.
- Engage prospects through cold calling, direct email marketing, and market surveys.
- Build rapport with potential clients, presenting the benefits of our agency.
- Maintain and update the lead generation database.
- Provide information to management about appointment setting activities and progress.
What You Need For The Role:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in appointment setting or a related role.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Exceptional project and time management skills.
What You Can Expect:
