I am livid with this website! They lure customers in with false information, only to continuously charge their cards without consent. I signed up for a trial period, cancelled my services, and yet they still have the audacity to charge me multiple times a year. I just discovered they charged me $34.75 three times in 2023! When I called to address this issue, the customer service representative was extremely rude and unhelpful. This is unacceptable, and I demand immediate action to resolve this matter!

I used this site to create a resume but half way through decided I didn’t want to use them. I canceled my subscription within that hr. Fast forward to 5m later I realize they have been charging my card. I reached out to them they state I didn’t cancel my subscription. I did cancel bc I have a screenshot stating I did. I told them I was going to contact my lawyer after mentioning they said they would refund me within 24hrs I just received 11 dollars smh. I’m now disputing the chargers with my bank. After researching the site I see they have done this to about everyone. We should all sue..
also when you call the company the same person answers.

Aug 12, 2024Scammers, they intentionally delayed cancellation and pretended that they did not understand my statement of wanting to cancel payments from my visa card. They continued to delay the cancellation for a few days after repeatedly replying with stupid replies and acting dumb until 1 more payment was deducted. As soon as I mentioned legal action they immediately canceled the subscription. Which tells me one thing. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

Apr 16, 2024As a former HR professional, who helps people with resumes preparation and updates, I like to say I have a good eye, but recently a professional resume preparer pointed out that I had some flaws in my own résumé. The language was too weak. Résumé nerd can fix that. Recently used Résumé nerd to next level a résumé for a person who wants to go from a retail sales and hospitality's background to customer service work from home and maybe get some paid continuing education and licensing. I imported the résumé into Résumé nerd and it gave me all the right verbiage from the experience and skills that I showed on the imported résumé. I just had to clean it up, but that was no problem because Résumé nerd gave amazing edit suggestions. Also great pricing! Well worth a try.
