How good is it? specifically, are there any changes to the psychic system as offered in the original psychic supplement GR came out with earlier? Anything else I'd be interested in?
I can't speak specifically to the psychic system, as I had the original book, and thought it fit D20 Modern better than D&D and never explored it much further. From cursory reading, it seems like the same thing as the Psychic's Handbook minus material like the prestige classes.
Overall, of the three "Advanced" hardcover by Green Ronin, it's my least favorite.
I do love the Eldritch Weaver class, and when Green Ronin had their sale, I picked up an additional copy just so players would have it to use for that purpose.
The other classes were so-so.
The optional rules were so-so.
The book also reprints the mass combat system from Malhavoc Press' Cry Havoc. Which is one of my least favorite takes on mass combat in D20.
Overall, the book to me was "Eldritch Weaver + Filler"
